Stingray & Calfskin Belt

How do you ship?

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). As we ship from the US Virgin Islands, it is the only mail carrier that considers the territory "Domestic". Fedex, UPS, and DHL consider the USVI a international and their rates are typically higher. USPS rates are the most economical for our customers and for us. If you would like to use your own account with another carrier we would be happy to oblige, please contact us before placing an order online to do so as we have not made allowances for other carriers online. Should you choose to use another carrier we would advise you to check the rate you will be charged, we would be happy to assist with package dimensions and weights.

We ship using Priority Mail service with USPS. Parcel post or first class mail simply take too long by boat from an island! The cost of shipping is based on the amount of the purchase. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation and are insured for the value of the shipment.

How do I clean the matte/polished/hammered silver pieces?

Matte finished pieces should not be cleaned with a polishing cloth as this will remove the matte finish. Matte finish pieces are best cleaned using a silver (or gold) dip. Polished or hammered finish pieces can be cleaned using a polishing cloth, or dip. If you find there is grime is the nooks and crannies, you can use a soft baby toothbrush to gently lift the grime away, just be gentle as too much scrubbing will scratch the surface. Should you have any questions regarding the finish of the jewelry please contact us via email or telephone at 919.749.2239, and we would be happy to answer any questions.

How do I choose a ring size?

How do I choose a necklace length?

The length of a chain or necklace is measured from one end of the clasp to the other. If you don't have a necklace to check the length a piece of string should at least be able to give you an idea of where the necklace would fall on you. We can size any necklace or chain to the length you would like however, a non-standard length (a length other than 16" or 18") would be non-returnable.
